1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one CK33 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. CK33 uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering your CK33 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and payment method details. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• Your username and password are your responsibility — keep them secure and do not share them with anyone.
• CK33 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact CK33 support immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
• Account details can be updated by contacting CK33 support with appropriate verification.

CK33 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any point. This is standard practice and is required before processing any withdrawal from your account.

4 Deposits and Payments

CK33 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the payment methods most widely used by players in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though CK33 may apply limits to individual accounts based on verification status.

Deposits are credited to your CK33 account balance in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact CK33 support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate promptly.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted.

5 Withdrawals

CK33 processes withdrawal requests to verified accounts during business hours, typically within the same day for requests submitted before 6pm. Requests submitted after 6pm or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification. CK33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• CK33 may request additional documentation for large withdrawals or where unusual activity is detected.
• Withdrawal requests can be cancelled by the player before they are processed — contact support immediately if you need to cancel.
• CK33 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply charges on their end.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Using CK33 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing CK33 staff or other players.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

CK33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be closed after notice.
• At the player's own request — players may request account closure at any time by contacting support.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, CK33 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for any other reason, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.
